Use Carefree Products upon taking the first steps to womanhood
What are the warning signs of my first period or puberty?
Your first period often comes without warning. Just remember that it occurs about 2 to 2 ½ years after the first signs of puberty. Vaginal discharge is usually the most obvious sign that you’re close to getting your first period. Remember to keep some pantyliners or pads in your bag, just in case.
